ETA:  But as I said in another thread, they take me a bit longer to load than the page itself so be patient if they don't show immediately.

I was just about to post this new information.  Yesterday while speaking to CS about another issue she promised me she would let mgmt know of this issue and then I sent feedback under the link so hopefully that was able to help all of us.  I am very very very happy.
