Does the Q read the forums?

I really don't think they do, can't imagine having a position for that. I do think the readers report posts that ruffle feathers, then get their attention to remove them. I'm not saying this is the gospel truth, just my opinion, which means nothing to anyone other than me

I think  "they" just watch for specific words that aren't allowed --I can't imagine "them" reading everything all the time. and then it's not real people but an AI program.

I think if they read all our suggestions and complaints made here, some changes would have been made.

I would imagine that plenty of Qurate employees read the forums.

Maybe not in any professional capacity,  but for personal amusement and such.

They offer a lot of free shipping days and items. That is one of the biggest complaints.

The complaints about hosts are not important. If you are complaining, you are watching. If you watch the chances are good, you’ll buy.

The mods do read the forums, so maybe they pass on data.

However, the amount of us on these boards are a drop in the bucket compared to the millions of households QVC is in.  They do not necessarily have to do what we ask/say/complain about.

Many, many on these boards say they are not buying much anymore, shopping elsewhere etc.

For sure they are monitored for PR reasons, but our numbers are just a dot on the map.  Of no interest since we are falling by the wayside.  Continuing to wonder when we will be out of our misery.
