....frequently seem to be re-packaged returned orders. I, for one, do not want to receive "new" items that someone clearly had returned. Annoys me!!!
Shoes that had all the packing just shoved in the box, Belle sherpa top that clearly had the tissue stuffed in on the side, or an item bag that had a new sticker put on the first one. Knowing I have no way to prove this, I really do not like items someone has returned. Understand not a world problem, but still.

Actually, @charsha
It CAN be proven exactly as you said!
Original unsold items have a rectangle label. If there is an issue w/ the item, it came that way from the factory.
A re-label is square. Someone returned that item for whatever reason. A new square, smaller print relabel is then used.
I have had many prev sold items....the vast majority....abs nothing wrong with them....but I get where you are coming from.
I'd rather have brand spanking new too....but if I am on waitlist....I can guarantee ya, I will get a return.

@charsha. Perhaps you should just quit shopping and live with what you own. I don't know of any retailer that doesn't sell customer returns. Do you think they're going to put pristine clothing in a dumpster?

@Kachina624 I thought returned items would be listed "As Is". Oh well.

@charsha. No, if they're perfect, they're sold as new. "As Is" have been worn by models, used for demonstration....there's a disclaimer that pops up if you order one with the definition.

In the most sincere way possible, honestly @charsha , I could care less if an item was a return or not. If the item fits, works and/or is in great condition, it doesn't matter. It's naive to think everything you buy from any business will send a brand spanking new item every time. I'm usually thankful for items returned because that means I got the item I wanted.
