I hope everyone has a blessed day,do not rush the moments, we cannot get these back again. I am guilty of doing that and it stops me in my tracks when I do.  Time lost and gone oh so precious.  I rush and race far too much.  Life is not an emergency but meant to be embraced each and every second.  I hope today I heed my own words!
