I had him in the bathroom with an antiseptic solution over the open wound with running cold water.

it was nothing more than a slight flesh wound where he must have run into the rough sided brick coming up from the walkway.

He had something on {{IT}} and took it off after 5 minutes. Absolutely no bleeding or any sign of going deep. He is lost without me here at home, also he needs to be busy doing something all of the time; he never tires ................... I have him (occupied) *watching tv/ old movie/ w/ the cat on the other chair.. At least for the next 40 minutes. That's my AHH for right now.

I had to respond to your thought provoking AMEN - money can't buy this silence.

i have listened and heard all of the news for one day, and know there is more to come when this movie is ~~ o v e r.

How was your day, Sleepless..In SD?

It is so humid now, and had been muggy for most of the month.

Scrolling through many missed postings, and hoping to her from @Puddles and @possummink.

Looks like rain very soon. I hear thunder farther away.

I am going to try my luck tomorrow and make a honest homemade BLACKBERRY pie or cobbler.

This will be a surprise for the wounded husband sporting a new bandage.

Positive THOUGHTS for everyone on Sunday.

@NAES1, You’re so kind. I read and re-read your post and loved it. I’m so glad your DH’s hand is OK and you were there, just in case. 😉(Wink!) It was a beautiful, Fall day here, cool, overcast, and we were hoping to get some rain. We didn’t. My DH is watching football, and I’m reading and relaxing with our dog, Max, a chocolate Lab. I’m glad you liked my picture/thoughts....It’s so true (every word!) Have a great weekend!😊

How very sweet of you ...and how lovely your personality has the element of such comfort, so sincere.

I first met you when I `` more so`` posted on movies & the such.

I gathered different views of what you saw that I absolutely did not.

I enjoy when someone is, or has watched the same movie, or had the same experience I once did or knew about.

Those, that you posses, are quality expressions that I absolutely stay adhered to, finding many different posters so very interesting, not just a sentence ... and on to something else leading abruptly for me to sense the beginning to segway to something totally opposite.

I had gone down to the 1st level and found my two semi sleepiest 'loves', and had both come up way after bedtime.

Sashay will have to have her 5 minutes of exercise and her brushing ( so spoiled) before she trots off to her quiet area. She'll never go to sleep!

As you have (maybe) noted I am more awake at night than the morning early birds, here. Not here every day, but I can think more productive and I read a lot of medical jargon.

Great news: the wounded husband smiles and finds it -now- ready for sleepy time and hopefully some dreams of life at it best. The band aid remains (ha) intact with iodine ...that's my medical report for him so far.

Max sounds like a beautiful dog, in fact my high school friend of years ago, wrote and told me she and her husband had *just gotten a chocolate Lab.
