Hello ladies -- so nice to hear from you today.

@Bellabutterfly  Love the pics.  Hope you are feeling better.

I talked with my girlfriend tonight.  She's  the gal that needs to look into the hospice center.  She isn't doing well at all.  To top it all off, she now has shingles.  That poor thing; I'm just sick to my stomach about the whole situation.  She is in a great deal of pain and that was before shingles.  I'm so upset and frustrated for her.

Your positive thoughts are just what I needed tonight.  Thank you so much, sweet bella!

Ladies - have a wonderful weekend.  Our weather is still in the 70s.  That's warm for November here.  I'm thrilled and loving the longer fall weather.

God bless you all.  Prayers go out to you Bella and my dear friend.  Also I pray for comfort and peace; for the sick and lonely.

I am so very sorry for your friend, for you and for her family.

She is very very stressed, poor thing.  I know she must feel like the world is crushing down on her.  She is just trying to cope, but is dealing with all the issues and the thoughts that she is dying.  I feel her pain.  A million things are going through your friends head right now.  She is thinking who is going to take care of her family, her kids?  

Maybe you can arrange for her to have a gently and  relaxing massage.  Many hospice centers know of  "Masseuse" are trained to handle hospice patients.

I think this would be a lovely gift to give her to try to relax and be calm.  As her friend just be there for her.  Even if it is to just hold onto your hand. 

I personally, had shingles years ago, They are very, very

painful.  I contacted the shingles during a time in my life that I was under an extreme amount of stress.   

Dear 3suwm5...Just be there for her.  That is the greatest gift you can give her at this time.  Ask her if there is anything you can do for her. 

Maybe, she might want to write a good bye note to a daughter or son or husband.  But maybe she is in too weak and in to much pain to even be able to do it...Ask her if you could assist her.  She can dedicate to you want she wants to say and you can write it for her.

The greatest gift you can give her, is your friendship to her and her family. 

Just be there for her...

Prayers for your friend and that she gains strength from her family and friends.  What an awful time in her life and her stress must be so hard.  Be there for her and we will hold her in our hearts.
