Happy weekend friends!

We are on our way to the AF base for some groceries.  I'm stopping by Michaels for a few bead supplies as I made a necklace for my neighbor who is only here 1/2 year but didn't have everything for her earrings so I will mail them off soon.

No news on our showing yet.  Back to square one for our next house.

Sadly I decided to distance myself from a neighbor who insults me every time we talk.  Example: "Boy Cathy your husband will sure be missed when you move!"   What am I chopped liver?  

What is going on with everyone here?  Hooty, I wrote a line to you earlier.  What is happening with a poster here on the threads?  Can you tell us or is it too sticky?  I almost never write anywhere else for fear of an attack.  Then there have been kind people that help or say something nice.  I wish I could bring you all here to see what my street is like   I could try to take a few pictures sometime.

Also Scooter got attacked by a loose agressive cat that is bigger than her last night while walking with Dennis......... 

Butterfly I am so happy you got exceptional treatment form your service company!!!

I read the you found a different real estate agent. Has the current agent had more showings of your home?

Does the cat who attacked poor Scooter have a home? I wonder why the cat attacked sweet Scooter?

I remember when I worked in a community that had an AF base. All expired coupons were donated and accepted at the base store. Very intense and dangerous missions the AF were required to complete. 

My mother called today (she calls when there is bad news)

and told me the neighbor man across the street had passed away. His wife passed away 2 months ago. The story is gruesome, disturbing and very sad. I pray he is at peace now. 

Hope to hear that your house sells soon.

Yes we have a wonderful new agent that just works in our area!  No showings yet officially but one family member of the team looked as she/they are moving here from a Del Webb in Florida to be here with family.  The other agent was delightful but she works mostly in Sierra Vista and we probably shouldn't have listed with her.......

That cat does have a home but neighbors said it's out loose all the time and agressive with everyone, it should be inside because the coyotes love to eat them also

Ok, we made a 2nd offer but the sellers or their agent asked us for something completly crazy.  They wanted us to pay for our VA appraisal immediately which is about $500.  If another offer had come in and knocked us off the table we would have waisted our money   So we withdrew our offer.

We are actually looking at a home that our 1st agent talked us out of looking at with the listing agent.  Hopefully the 3rd time is a charm for us.
