Re: Please help me decide...memorial gift

How nice to think of her.  As a widow, may I say please also keep in contact with her.  She will appreciate that.  Seems that sometimes one is no longer in the loop?

Very, very sorry for your loss.

Both choices are beautiful, I am drawn to the one about light.

@Starpolisher,

I'm so sorry. I love the first one as it acknowledges the person he was and that is always comforting to those who knew him.

Sorry for your loss, I like the first one as it sounds like it captures his personality.

It does capture his personality! He was a gentle giant with a big heart who could always make us laugh! It so hard to believe he's gone!💔😪

I am so sorry for your loss.

Just another suggestion, I often send a memorial wind chime to loved ones when they have lost someone.

I have always received wonderful feedback on them.  Everytime there is a breeze, there is a reminder of the love and memories.

I think is it nicer than a plaque.  There are many online at different price ranges and you can even hear the chimes before you buy and choose something very personal.

I know what you mean, my brother in law died at 61 last October, he was larger than life, it still seems imipossible that he is gone.

I love both and would be happy to get either in this situation and It would feel very heartfelt and personalized.

That's beautiful.  I prefer the one about the light.  The message is beautiful, heartfelt.  I'm sorry for your loss.
