Will be announced in 2 days and 3 hours. Analyst are predicting the color to be transformative teal. I like it. It's a darker blue green that I like to wear in winter. We shall see.

Usually the Pantone color goes nuts with clothing, house paint, decorative items for house, etc. 

It looks like a pretty color this year.

Pantone releases their colors of the upcoming Spring/Summer just after Labor Day every year. Their teal color is called Alexandrite, but they may choose a new color that hasn't been previously released, which is what they've been doing the past three years. The only colors I think that are not likely are the peach and brown shades.

Pantone chooses their own color of the year and is not influenced by WGSN.

I don't think Alexandrite should be a teal color name--that stone can be blue changing to red or a mix of purple and blue that turns to green.

Just look at the color palette that has been put together to coordinate with the 2026 color of the year.  IT'S BEAUTIFUL!  I would gladly redecorate my entire house in these colors.  My my my!  Later ladies.  We have to go into the city today.

I think teal is a fine choice.  I'd already decided it was MY COLOR this season by adding 2 pairs of pants and 2 tops to my wardrobe.  I already have some summer pieces.  I wear them with pieces similar to those shown in the above pallette.
