@dooBdoo  Thank you! But, clear as mud to me. 😆 I know that you are "the computer guru 👍,) and appreciate your help. I searched all over the internet, YouTube especially, but found zero information, at least that I could comprehend, to change browsers. I even purchased two Mac books, but, honestly, I really haven't given them a lot of attention. My iPad, which I use 90% of the time, does Not play well with QVC. I do not use their app as it stated it's recommend for iPhones only, if I remember correctly. The pages load so slooooowly, and if I heart a post, it takes forever to accept. That's mainly why I don't post all too often as it's so frustrating and infuriating.

@Mimi 1883,  Did you look at the 2 links I posted?   All you have to do is download the browser and follow the basic installation steps they provide.   Then, you look at the settings/preferences and you choose those things you want.   It's nothing more than adding a new app to the device and then launching it when you want to use it.

As far as the iPad, it sounds like you'd benefit from some basic troubleshooting and/or "housekeeping."   I use my iPad 6 here every day and don't have the problems you describe.   I could add a link to an iPad "housekeeping tips" post if you'd like to look.  I do so many of them on a daily basis to keep my iPad running efficiently and it's really not time-consuming and becomes second nature.    I know it gets frustrating, but please don't accept the issues as being insurmountable.   The Q site is dreadful, but shouldn't be giving you so many problems that you don't post as often.   We want you and your valuable contributions here, so I hope you won't stay away.❤️

I'm so sorry, @Memebell.   Yours is a reasonable request, and I apologize for the off-topic discussion.   Mea culpa -- my face is red.  I'll remove my posts if that would help?

@dooBdoo  Ooohhh, that "iPad Housekeeping" link sounds great! Yes, thank you if you could supply that. Only at your convenience though. Do Not Rush! as I probably won't do it this afternoon...right now, I'm waiting on laundry in the washer, then have to think of what to make for dinner and get preparations going.

My husband is a veteran (AF Reserves,) and when he has to get into their website, he has to use our old HP desktop's browser because our new Apple laptop and my iPad are incompatible. Pain in the neck.🙄  I don't consider myself unintelligent, but all these issues with computers is making me feel really stupid. 😄

My iPad works great with all other shopping sites and YouTube, etc., it's just QVC that gives it problems. 🤷‍♀️
