@Shanus You are talking about your "feed". 

 

No one hacked you. Instagram chooses to show you these because at some point you liked a post or maybe commented on a post so they send you similar content IG thinks you'd be interested in. 

 

I get lots of foreign posts on my feed that I don't follow-lots of art, recipe and gadget content. If you don't want to follow it, don't click on it, like it or comment on it. I even sometimes get content from QVC.

 

Now- look at the top of Instagram where you will see round icons, often with images of people or pets, etc inside the circle. That's your story. Those are the people that you follow, those are in your control. If you see an account there that you didn't follow or is not following you then I would say that's a problem.
