When you are bleary eyed and barely awake, remember that the flavored versions of your coconut coffee creamer are already sweetened and do not add more sugar.
That is all.

LOL! I'll bet that opened your eyes real quick between the caffeine and the sugar!

@Lucky Charm That's normally what I use but was getting low and the local grocery store was out so I bought the vanilla and the hazelnut. Used the hazelnut this am, forgetting that it already has sugar in it...yowsa! Coming down from my sugar high and starting to crash now....

@Quse, Coffee creamer can boost your risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. You should not consume more than 2 grams of trans fat in a day, and some brands of non-dairycreamer can contain 1 gram per tablespoon. Non-dairy creamer can go bad. One of the perks of non-dairy creamers is that they keep longer than milk or cream.

@ECBGThis is a coconut coffee creamer, called "So Delicious" and not a traditional non dairy creamer (which ironically is NOT non dairy whatsoever) This truly has no dairy in it. It's a refrigerated product and there are no trans fats in it at all. And it IS really delicious!

I have always been a true coffee lover, so I don't like adding sugar or other flavors to it. Sometimes I use skim milk, sometimes I drink it black. The chemical-filled, fatty, sometimes sweet and/or flavored "coffee creamer" to me is dreadful.

The *plain* is just coconut milk, mine isn't flavored as I don't do dairy. But you're right, I the chemicals are a turn-off, I couldn't enjoy a cup of coffee if it wasn't organic.
