What I don't get is why people who own dogs don't let them defecate on THIER own lawns.
If I had the nerve, I myself would drop a nice pleasing soft movement on my neighbor's lawn, then just get up and non chalantly walk away.
Especially if they're the kind of people who say "O come on now.. feces don't harm anything...lighten up!!"
Wonder how that would go over.
Feces is feces.
My take is....If you own/walk a dog, pick up after it.
And if there's a leash law, obey it.
NO ONE who has ever stepped in a steaming pile or mowed over a dessicated pile on a hot windy day wants YOUR dogs feces on thier property.
Sheeeesh. What's so hard to understand?
You would NEVER drop your Starbucks cup, your newspaper or your used snotrag on someone elses lawn, expecting them to pick if up....would you?

People like your neighbors are so inconsiderate. I cannot imagine allowing my dog loose so it can run around and wreak havoc on someone else's property. The problem should have been resolved once it was brought to their attention. I hope they do the responsible thing soon. Your frustration is understandable.
