I'm guessing he would've been able to "get the jab" per his oncologist's suggestion?  

They say those are the ones nowadays who suffer terribly and/or die--the ones who can't or won't be vaccinated.

I know you're in terrible pain.  I'm so, so very sorry.  It seems to me that this kind of pain is just relentless.  Worse than physical.
