I just wanted to let you all know how my exchange went with HSN. I ordered an item from Curtis Stone and received it last Friday. It was defective and I called customer service. They said I would receive a replacement within 3 to 7 days. We took it to the post office and I expected it to arrive the end of this week or next. I just received it today. How's that for efficiency! I think as soon as they receive notice that I sent it they sent another out to me.

@luvmybeetle Yes, this is typical for HSN. I've had similar experiences with them.

Let's just hope whatever is messing up QVC's shipping doesn't get adopted at HSN. Searching back over the past 25 years I cannot think of one shipping issue with HSN. With QVC it happens frequently, but I do order more here than any other network.
