@fluffysmom I am happy to know that you son is improving. My son fell and had a horrible concussion that the medical staff didn't think he could survive. He was put on life support and we were given a room in the hospital to be near...fast forward and he made a full recovery with no lasting health problems.I am praying that your son will also be completely healed too.

I want to thank you all for your comments, prayers, hearts and good thoughts. My son has been moved to a step down unit. He fell hit his head and had 3 seizures. Now has a subdural hematoma that is being watched. If it changes at all they will operate to remove. There are other issues compounding the problems. I can't express how grateful to you all, we are.

Thank you for the update, @fluffysmom.    I'm sorry about the circumstances, and of course it's serious and worrisome for you and all who love your dear son.    Moving to the step-down unit is encouraging news and it sounds like he's in good hands.    Continuing to pray for him, for all who love him, and for the medical team.   (((hugs)))❤️

HE"S HOME!!!!!!! He is on seizure meds. There will be another Cat Scan and MRI in about a week, sooner if his symptoms increase. The hematoma is in the area between his skull and the lining of the brain. It is very narrow and the blood covers a large area because of the space. Depending if it is getting smaller the neurosurgeon would have to remove some skull bone and actually flush it out. He can't drive for 6 months due to the seizures. So we are making progress and praying for continued improvement. Turns out he has a small hematoma on the other side also.

I truly believe your support and prayers helped very much. I can never thank you enough!   Linda
