MSN Account

Does anyone have an msn account? It changed over to something new with Outlook, a new look or something, and now I'm being bombarded with junk mails, they keep on coming! How do I stop this? It didn't used to have any, but now wow! It's so annoying. I don't have any viruses, got a good protector and it's says I'm protected. It scans automatically. I just wish I knew how to filter them. Anyone?

I have Outlook. You can mark any unsolicated or unwanted mail as junk or phishing scam if they are not emails you signed up to get. If you did sign up for notification from a company and you no longer want threir emails you can subsequently "unsubscribe."

I still have my original msn email address from 2000 :-) I can't remember when they changed it, not like in the last month or so that I recall. Just ID them as junk and they will start being shoved there. I sometimes wonder who is selling my email address. It comes it spurts. What's even deeper is that I periodically check my husband's old MSN email address. Dude's been deceased for nearly 10 years. I have not used it for anything since he died. Why is he getting any mail at all there?

Thank you LuvmyLab (can't see your nic right now) I just saw the arrow where I can phish scam right under junk. I'm doing that with every one I get now. And there are so many!! It's all of a sudden too!!! Must be because of the new Outlook? Anyway, I did go into settings, and looked for filtering, and it's set for filtering, etc. but it's not doing that. Thanks!

birdmama - I did put as junk, it keeps coming!! Just wish it would stop. I also have a gmail account and that never sends me junk. I do my list on that one, the msn is for emails.
