@lolakimono****I'm on  a desk top, windows ten, aol.

I can't ever, ever get an attachment pic to copy and paste.

Have you ever had this problem?

Thanks Sweetie!

@ECBG

What browser are you using?

Also, from what site are you trying to post pictures?

Re: Lola, a question please......

@lolakimono***I usually go through aol.  We also have Google Chrome which I tried, and Microsoft Edge which I didn't.

It was an attachment sent to me from a store here because someone wanted to see a product they have, so I was going to post it for them.  It came to me via email and I can't copy and paste for them to see it.

Many, many thanks!

@ECBG

Depends on the store and how they send e-mails.

If you are using GOOGLE CHROME, sometimes you can right click the image (from the e-mail) and select "search Google for this image" and see if you can find it other places.  Then, from Google Images you (usually) can right click to copy and right click again to paste it here.

Some e-mails from retailers only show up as a section of the photo, so I search for it another way or go to the site to see the item. Then I can usually copy/paste it from their site.  When the image turns to a "video", then sometimes you have to right click and select "open image in a new tab" before you can copy/paste it.

If you have the company's name, and the item number (or name) of the product, I can look for you and see if I can get it to paste.

@lolakimonoThought you might be interested in this.  I had to install and accept Microsoft Word!  I couldn't use it immediately. After I waited until the next day I came back and it worked!
