@Happiness Is Inside JOB As a retired legal secretary, I would STRONGLY suggest you contact a Labor Law Attorney as **most** attorneys will give you a free, short (10-15 minutes) appointment.
It can't hurt. Please please look into this. Please.

Agree with @Love my grandkids . Get an attorney but get an attorney with the right qualifications. @Love my grandkids STRONGLY suggest you do this and I STRONGLY also suggest you do this.

I agree with all of the other suggestions that you contact an attorney that's qualified in this area, and then do only that which you are legally required to do.
