Re: Led Zeppelin-Kashmir 🎑

Love!  I saw them in the seventies at Madison Square Garden, absolutely great and the place was rocking.  I still love Robert Plant and feel his work now is just as good.  They were big fans of the blues singers and were influenced by many.  I love the blues so it followed suit I would love Led Zepplein.  Great memories.

Re: Led Zeppelin-Kashmir 🎑

I was driving to school 'way back when' and I heard a unique song on the radio. I could tell it was Led Zeppelin. As soon as I got to school I went straight to the pay phone, called the radio station and asked what the song was.

KASHMIR!

After school, went straight to the record store and bought the album. I have several of their albums and have watched many of their videos on YouTube. I've seen some of the newer videos with Jason Bonham on drums. They are still fabulous.

Kashmir:  Such a c.l.a.s.s.i.c Spin (indoor cycling) song.

I LOVE the Diddy/Jimmy Page collab w/ the “Godzilla” soundtrack.

Re: Led Zeppelin-Kashmir 🎑

I was there as well spider woman!!!  Almost passed out from zepplin love!  I was so young and wild and uninhibited. Today I still test the limits, as I refuse to grow up!!!  I still ride in my SUV, with led zep at full blast, tires bubbling at the volume - to curious onlookers and I do not give a rat's a**.  No one has ever come close to them. My adult children envy that "we" all had the privledge of growing up in the 70's, first hand witness to all the greats...Aerosmith, The Who, Eric Clapton, Hendrix, Joplin...I could go on and on.
