My experience with a care facility that specialized in rehab was very positive.

They have so much experience with immobility, pain, and injuries.

The facility I was in the people were so caring and supportive ... but let me tell you ...

they gave no quarter. When it was time to get up and move ... they didn't accept any excuses.

I always felt like they played good cop/bad cop. Force me to do painful/exhausting exercises, and then shower me with praise and special treats. But I did get stronger and better, and met so many other people who made me thankful that my injury wasn't worse.

I hope your experience is as healing and positive as mine was.
