@Shanus

That is so funny.  It reminds me of when a friend & I decided to cut back carbs, fats, etc.

We both tried alternatives to our coffee creamers, we tried soy, almond milk, it just didn't work.

Couldn't give up the coffee creamers like my CoffeeMate hazelnut even though not the healthiest.  Tough.  lol.

@Shanus Honestly when I was having chemo 7 years ago I just decided to try green tea and it made me feel much better. Haven't had it in years  but it really helped. Maybe that was just in my mind, I'm not sure.

I enjoy a cup of Green Tea, but NOT before or instead of my first cup of coffee in the morning. Smiley Wink

I have my coffee black and the scent is as good as the taste.

I do like tea but could and would not ever give up my morning coffee with my favorite vanilla creamer. It's my enjoyment time every morning and that's just the way it has to be!!
