Dental floss and Go-Betweens. I canโ€™t stand to have anything stuck between my teeth, so Iโ€™m ready to take care of it in the ladies room when Iโ€™m out, if necessary.

@butterfly123

Nothing strange, but thank you for the thread, because as I was thinking of my purse I remembered that I removed my EPI pen to go through security and I never replaced it!

Probably a ridiculous number of pens.  I have a thing about pens and I don't like to fill out forms or write anything unless I have the "right" pen for the job :-)

Scissors...you have no idea how many times I've used them.  My daughter's high school friends still tease me about it.

A โ€œluckyโ€ dollar my son gave me when he was 5 yrs old. He scrawled his name on it so I wouldnโ€™t lose it.

A bronze colored shower curtain hook. I use it to hang my reusable grocery bags from the cart.

When my grandson was about 10 he told everyone that one day I was going to pull an ambulance from my purse because I always had whatever someone needed.

I have a 6 inch ruler in my bag. Iโ€™m a teacher, and one day I was in a store where a girl was doing her homework. She needed to measure something and I pulled out my ruler. I got a strange look, but she was greatful!
