Hey all]
not to much going on here. Finally got a walk in this afternoon. It is very humid and hot. Somewhere along the line cool air is suppose to be moving in.
did chores and such
got an email about new rules and Reg's when our church opens up. WOW is all i can say. No bathrooms will be available. Have to be there 1 hour before. No Saturday night service only 2 sundays service. Can't even move around. You sit where assigned, if you even step in the isle. You will be escorted out right then and there. Dh and i would like to attend 1x's a month will see how that goes.
ok guys later.

@viva923 Oh boy, make sure you 'go' before you go and pray the service doesn't run too long.

We are having a first church meeting tomorrow in more than two months. Thank goodness we are a small group - will be in the yard where our Pastor lives. They have a huge place with lot's of room. We cannot meet back in the building - very few have been able to do that. Most are meeting outside - that will not work forever but that is the way it is.
Today took Davey to Applebees and their bar was open but NO ONE could sit at the bar. Had to chuckle at this older man - he was ticked too. I suspect he had been waiting for his big day at the bar - he has to sit at a table. Hope he survived. Food was excellent.
Hope all are well. Second day of drizzle here today and quite chilly outside.

Doggone it! I meant to order the lock n lock TSV a couple of hours ago and now the color I want is not showing. I tried lock n lock for the first time earlier this year when they had a TSV.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that the color I want pops back in. The graphite gray was 'gone' for the longest and now it's available. That's not the color I want, just saying folks do cancel orders. ![]()

I thought it wasn't going to be as hot today but it sure seems very warm to me. The humidity is down so that is good.
I have to return half of my stimulus check. It woukdhave been nice if they had a system set up so you could just take it to bank and put half in bank and return other half. No you have to void the check send it back and they will reissue. Who knows how long that will take. Two steps forward, one step back. Also have to return ss for one month. Eventually we'll get it all straightened out.

Yea I know @yock My husband received his SS direct the deposit the day before he died or the day he died, I can't remember. The money went back to SS and was reissued to me. To be honest I didn't care about that check, I was out of mind with grief and frankly that was just one more thing that was hard on me.

Wow I ordered my first paint sample (8 oz) from Home Depot - this was when the paint dept was shut down. I am never doing that again
It took 3 weeks to get here and I opened it briefly to make sure it was the right color and I sealed it up. It sat in a cool place for a couple of weeks and the weather today was nice enough for me to use it on the project I bought it for.
It was an 8 ounce plastic container and I shook that thing left, right, diagonal and in a circle for at least 10 minutes. Thank God I have an old stereo receiver and speakers in the garage addition, at least I could dance around while I was doing all that ****** shaking.
The paint color is called Arizona

As I was painting the home reflections scrolled boxes I ordered here from the Q, the paint had little flecks or really tiny lumps that burst and left orange streaks.
Must have been the orange pigment that contributed to the overall color. I've been painting walls for 40 years and have never had a can of paint do me like that.

yock,so glad to see you here,I've been thinking of you.
it's so awful to go through the loss of your hubby and to have to deal with all the phone calls/paper work at the same time. Come back soon 💓.
Birdmama,I hate picking out paint. Don't usually have good luck, except W/our bedroom which I wanted a basic gray. When we had the downstairs, main floor done I had the woman who runs a local paint store, who's a decorator come to the house and help me out,for a small fee. It turned out great. I wanted 2-3 different co,ors, but our home is an open floor plan. Glad I got her help. It turned out nice.
yesterday was our oldest grandsons birthday,my gosh he's 19 😳. Miss seeing them, plus we miss out on his H S graduation.
finally not so hot, turned the AC off today.
