I can't believe hsn let shannon smith go.  Kind of shocked - she was a long term fixture there.  I appreciated her. I knew they let another shannon go (I'm not sure I ever saw her on air) , but apparently they fired both.

That's right;  Lesley Ann was laid off on the same day as the other 399 QxH employees.

She was let go same time all the others were...about March 1.

@kze just posted the same thing about the two shannon's.  I must have been typing, etc. while you were.  Honestly I had no idea until today about shannon smith.

@moonandthestars   Nobody was fired which infers misconduct.  There was a lay-off. 

Shannon Smith, being a long-timer, was probably offered a retirement incentive and chose to take it.
