@monicakm  I give your grandson points for working and taking his girlfriend out on dates 🥰! Variety is the spice of life and I think siblings are always different. Your grandson will figure out what he wants to do as he gets older 🙂.  the NARS Summer Unrated or the MAC Tempting Fate are both perfect for your Makeup Hall of Fame! I've got to get back into false lashes- they were a lot of fun to wear for special occasions or fun dates. My favorite lashes are Ardell Demi Lashes 😉.

I smiled at your "I felt so glam" Smiley Happy  That's a nice feeling and worth going thru the extra effort to elevate your look and mood Smiley Happy  I know the color of the Benefit blush.  I can see that look being a great one.  An understated look Smiley Happy

@monicakm  Oh yes indeed, I love to feel glam! It was fun to try an understated blush look 🤗. I usually lightly layer a couple of pink blushes to achieve the perfect pink color of the day, so I probably wore another blush or two underneath the Benefit Dandelion. II recently bought the Doll 10 blush, bronzer and highlighter sticks trio and I love them- the blush is super pretty when layered under *our* Natasha Denona blush topper 😙.

I think my grandson will get it together.  Boys are typically not as mature as girls at this age.  I think he plans on working for his dad but dad is going to expect a lot from him and start at the bottom like anyone else.  Probably more so since he's his son.  I don't think it's going to be the "easy" ride he's counting on.

Here are the lashes you might start wearing and what I wear.  Both whispies but mine are longer.  If you haven't worn these yet, you'll really like how light weight they are and comfortable.

Ardell False Eyelashes, Demi Wispies, 6 Pairs, Black

and mine.  I have hooded eyes and these really "wakeup" my lids.

@monicakm  I think that it would be great for your grandson to learn more about his dad's business! Your grandson could do a Summer apprenticeship/internship for his dad and then he'll get a better perspective on if he wants to get into the family business.

Thank you for the lash and packaging photos 😁. The Ardell 113 Whispies that you wear are so pretty- they're my Ardell Demi lashes cranked up a notch! I have hooded eyes too, so I'll definitely give these a try 😉. Do these stay on during a windy day? What's your favorite lash glue to use?

Yes, they stay on but if I'm not careful, they will lift me off the ground and I'm the Flying Nun Smiley Wink

The best lash glue I've ever used, I get from Amazon.  Amazon says I purchased this double pack 6x.

@monicakm  Hahaha I loved Sally Field in "The Flying Nun"! 🤣.  Imagine if you could fly with your false lashes- you'd get to Sephora in minutes! Thank you for the lash glue recommendation, I will definitely add that to my Amazon cart too 😊. Ardell makes such great lashes- they're affordable and really nice. I'm ready to be a lash-girl again, even if I wear lashes once or twice a month!

Funny story, I used to have reoccurring dreams that I could fly. I don't know if it had something to do with my dad being a pilot and me taking flying lessons or not. Probably did. But I would get off the ground like The Flying Nun did. She would hold on to her hat with one hand and duck her head and bring it back up. That's the best I can't explain it. I flew all over the place doing tricks and flying under the electrical wires. It's been a long time since I've had a flying dream but I used to wake up feeling exhilarated.

@monicakm  Wow! Your flying dreams sound amazing- I bet you were a grea t Flying Nun!  I wish that I could fly in my dreams- I bet you flew everywhere in your dreams. I've never flown in my dreams, but maybe I'll dream about flying tonight 😁. I think that flying dreams are a sign of positivity and exploration. Dreams can be scary, fun, stange- they're free movies in my head and each night is a different dream.

@monicakm   OMGOSH that is hysterical!!!  Funny thing is, I had a green leather jacket exactly that color (minus the lizard) in the 1970s and I loved that thing!  Looked good  with a black turtleneck and black mini skirt.

Grandchildren are wonderful...I have 5 with the oldest being 12.  She loves for me to take her shopping at Target and Ulta.  The others are boys and they are rough and ready!  I love when they come visit. They tear the house up but that's ok. Into everything🤣but it's just stuff.

Your grandaughter is beautiful.  She looks like a happy, pleasant young woman.  I bet you enjoy them 💜.
