I didn't see this but I think anybody looks better when they don't try to wear a size that is too small or overly tight on them.  Some might feel that just because they are putting a smaller size on that this is better but if you have to go up a size from what you normally wear, then you should do it.  A garment that is too tight does not make you look slimmer.

The vendor for NYDJ seems to be a very nice man but I can honestly say I don't think this brand flatters anyone. It's not just the plus sized models. Louann, the blond model who does the split, was in a pair of jeans so tight I was embarrassed for her and I can't imagine what they felt like. A real live anatomy lesson.

Personally, I like my jeans to be form fitting, a littlee snug even, but they should be designed that way. We have all seen these same models and hosts in different brands that make them look great.

@Bonkers1  and others: I've worn a size 2 in NYDJ since they came out, but I think they changed the sizing to be smaller than before..less fabric needed and false advertising.

I now wear a size 4 (haven't gained an oz.) which fits just like the size 2.

Own a couple of different styles of NYDJ and order my usual size. A few styles  , are cut bigger such as barrel style.  Don't care for the look  of being so tight in crotch area and  the way the model Angela looked.  Have the back  yoke band taken in  a pinch so  I get a better  fit the waist .  The NYDJ rep as another said seems very nice  but the company gimmick of sizing down  is  goofy . Let them ship and accept back as returns for free  by misguiding people.

I agree. When they put Angela in the size 14, it's too tight and doesn't flatter her nice curvy body. Then when you see her in a size 16, she looks comfortable her body is more attractive. Angela has such a beautiful Face and smile! When she models beauty products, her skin and features are so Beautiful‼️‼️ She has a super special Smile!!
I love watching her on the various shows and seeing her stunning looks! Ty.
