I have had one return since the beginning of the year. I receive a letter talking about my returns since Feb. 2020 -- really? The letter to begin with is so tacky. QVC tries to come across as the queen of shopping networks with some prestige vendors and they they send out letters complaining about returns. Sometimes returns happen. You really did not like the item, it did not fit - too small or too big, many reasons but at least I don't wear clothes or shoes for 25 days get them completely dirty and return them like some people and then QVC turns around and sells the dirty items. I received a pair of shoes AS Is that were so filthy dirty I did not touch them. So if you want to send out letters at least do it with a little class giving a person's contact name on the letter. I know of no retailer that would ever send out letters. Business must be good otherwise you would never send out the letters. I am sure this will be deleted but it is the truth and you know it.

@Katcat1 ...Then I'll be next. Sending back a 2nd item tomorrow, and yes, checked measurements, should have fit. I could barely get my arms in the sleeves.
Other item was Susan Graver TSV...all day they said the pockets don't bag out...the pockets bag out......back it went.

@Mom2Dogs Girl, it happens and there are returns. I am not keeping something for the sake of the Q. Yes, measurements can be incorrect. I recently had a top that fit fine but I expected it to be a much bigger.

I agree with the OP...returns happen! Since Feb. 2020, many things have happened that have driven many QVC shoppers to shop more (thus avoiding brick and mortar stores and the health risks within). With more purchases come proportionately more returns. In addition to the reasons listed by the OP...I have returned items that were of poor quality or in poor condition because of the careless way they were packed. Apparently QVC expects us to continue ordering more items...of lesser quality..that take far longer to arrive at their destination...and in worse condition than ever before. QVC....it's time for you to bring back the Quality, Value, and Convenience that once defined you !!!

Funny how people who get these letters can always justify poor shopping habits. It's always QVC's fault. If it was so bad, why did you keep buying it? We all know it takes A LOT of returns to earn one. How much did you return BEFORE the first of the year?
Better to not mention receiving the letter.

It seems quite a few people have gotten these letters. It is tacky. It's not like returning is stealing. So what's the problem?
And I don't know why people need to defend Qvc on this. Imagine standing in line at a store to return something and having another customer telling you off about returning something.

@Kachina624 There is nothing to be ashamed of returning something. I had never had returns and then I just had a bad spell and had about 6. So what? I remember a couple of tops did not look right. Anyway, the letters are tacky and maybe you should work for QVC.

@Laneysmom That is so true about presentation. Most of the clothes are in a plastic bag and tossed in the mailing plastic bag. There is no nice presentation like Nordstrom.
