I've read some unsual things on the forums which have happened to our friends.
I have recieved a beaded necklace which was broken and beads were rolling around in the box maybe 4 years ago. Q handled it.
This is quite different. I ordered a black and navy Halston crop,
A274569. The inside plastic bag read the correct item, Halston crop pants, but Susan Graver pants were actually in the bag and not half as nice!
CS handled it and another pair (hopefully correct in the bag) are being processed. You don't have to be transfered if you go to:1-800-367-9444.

Wow...horrible. Did you buy "as is"?

The great thing is that the Q makes thing right. I have received other people's things several times just because the wrong mailing label was placed on my package. I am sure that people sometimes accidentally or purposefully cheat the Q. I am just glad their CS is so good.
