@On It   I will give that a try..right now we are keeping our normal sleep schedule....in bed about 10:00 and up at 6 am.

I also am back to working (have been for weeks) my normal schedule except the 3 days a week I have PT, I have to cut the work day short.

I have often wondered how people that have chronic pain cope.  Mentally, emotionally I am doing just fine but I can see how a chronic illness/pain could really mess with a person.

Another vote  to report this to your doctors either by reaching him/her directly or by leaving a detailed message about your symptoms. The well-meaning strangers on this forum know nothing about the anatomical site or type of fracture in your wrist. Most importantly, It is likely that none of these people have the required medical training to address your symptoms. A QVC forum is not an appropriate place to seek medical care, either directly or indirectly. I hope you get relief soon!

@Luvsmyfam Until you get to see your doctor, I would suggest trying to place your arm in different positions when trying to sleep as the tingling & numbness might be better depending on how you have your arm situated.

I don't have your issue but sometimes I do get numbness & tingling when trying to sleep in my left arm and hand.  I can't have my hand above my waist and try to keep it down by my side when in bed.  That position helps me a lot.

Could it be that you have carpal tunnel syndrome?

HAVE A GREAT WORK WEEK Q FRIENDS

@Luvsmyfam ... l have tingling in my arms and hands...as well as my legs and feet...so l know how uncomfortable tingling and numbness are! I'm sure you have it in your one arm for a different reason than l do so l hope your doctor can figure out what yours is caused from...perhaps neuropathy???

Mine is caused from having fibromyalgia for the past 30-40 years. Imagine having that horrible feeling for that many years...all my waking hours!!! Nothing has helped mine during all of these years so I've "learned to live with it !!"

l know you don't have fibromyalgia but I have tingling and numbness like you do. Good luck!!

Chocolate and sweets do make it worse!!

@Luvsmyfam  ... I was able to correct my other post just before this.

I'm guessing your doctor may say you have neuropathy.  Just a guess. I hope you feel better. You've had quite a hard time with your wrist and now this!

@Luvsmyfam -- I think that you misinterpreted my message. I am very concerned when you, among others, use this forum in lieu of professional medical advice, The wrist is a complicated anatomical structure and treatment of a fracture and its aftermath should be in competent professionally trained and licensed  hands in lieu of listening to well meaning hot tips and notions from lay people. This is a great  place to come for consolation -- and we all need that at times --  as long as you ignore amateur medical advice and contact your physician with your  concerns about your symptoms. There is a reason why doctors spend so many years in school and, after that, are required to continue their professional education. I hope that you get in touch with your orthopedist and that he/she can offer some helpful treatment or advice to make you more comfortable as soon as possible.
