          Hi, @SaRina!   That was so kind of you. ❤️  I used to work with all types of computers, but moved away from Windows-based devices as soon as practical...  I prefer working with Apple devices.    So, unless I'm sitting at a PC with someone I'm not nearly as much help as the PC geniuses we have on the forums here.   I hope she keeps asking, if she still has problems, and I'll bet she'll be fine.

@dooBdoo, I still have my computer from 2010 with Win7 and love it! When that goes, Windows goes too.

I hope you have met with The Geek Squad by now and had your Windows 10 questions answered. 

 

If not, may I be so bold to suggest you return your system and then go purchase an Apple MacBook from the Apple store. They will load what you need to get going and have it ready to be picked up within 1 day. They will respectfully answer your questions. Yes, the initial outlay is more, but the ease of use and ongoing support are well worth the extra expense. I have never been treated poorly by an Apple employee. And no, I do not work or own stock in the company.
