I usually order online so I can check measurements on clothing and use rebate sites.  Sometimes I'm in bed so on those occasions, I order by phone.

I don't. My last order was around 2001. Ordered an Oreck vacuum 2nd Day Air(paid the extra fee). After 3 days I called and got "it will be shipped tomorrow". To which I replied: "Save the shipping cost because I will not accept it. I paid for 2 Day, not 4-5 Day, so cancel the order".

Have not ordered since, and have no intention  of doing so now, or in the future.
