I limit the sweets I eat. I'd get carried away if I brought candy into the house. Occasionally I add a small plain Hershey Bar or a bag of marshmallows to the shopping list.

M&M's, Skittles and peanut butter cups are my favorites. My DH likes chocolate so he will eat miniature candy bars from our candy dish.

I have never ever been a big candy eater until about a month ago when I started gummy's like they we're going out of style. I gained 5 pounds. So I am off of them as of last week. Sugar is so dangerous to my waistline.

Candy IS my weakness love it !!! Some of my favorites are Reece's peanut butter cups, m&ms and York peppermint patties!!!!😍 I will eat most any candy though except gummies or musketeers. Last few monthsadded those fruit jellies from Trader Joes ! Made with natural flavors makes me feel I'm eating healthy 😆 They are yummy ! I have though packed up all of our sweets from the pantry and put on the food shelves in the basement so they are out of sight because we gave up sweets for lent . Going on a week now , but still craving 😟

I probably have not eaten candy in 30 plus years. I am very picky on what goes into my body for fuel and repair... never would ingest junk food especially at this stage of my life.
I can't say I never eat junk food, but I will say I ask myself "is this calorie worthy?" I do not like to waste my time on food I don't like or that doesn't agree w/ my system. I've just never been much of a candy or salty snack person. I used to lean towards bread/pasta/cheese and for desserts cookies were/are a weakness. These days I'm more excited to eat a great salad - I grow my own bibb lettuce all year long. It's weird how your taste for food can change as you get older.

Rarely eat any, but when I do I want Sees. Haven't been out to a store for the last couple years, but now I want some 🤨

@kate2357 yes, and what foods do not agree with you anymore. That you could always eat.
That is great about growing your own Bibb lettuce year round! Do you have a sun room? Do you live where it is warmer?

Sometimes I go through a day where I just don't feel like eating anything at all. But on normal days, I will eat some candy. Never a lot, as I don't want to gain weight.
But I always get a couple bags of Halloween candy that I like and I have some Peanut M&Ms in the refrigerator. I have some milk choc peanut clusters and tiny pb cups. I always have some Reese's PB Eggs in the freezer in another L&L. I'm another milk chocolate lover.
I also have a lot of the Enstrom's milk choc toffee squares. I kind of over-did it when they had it on hand here, one day. I forgot that I ordered one and the next time I saw them I ordered two more buckets. I'm pretty sure I have a lifetime supply of those now. Oops! ![]()
I always make sure to drink plenty of water with my sugary junk.

Since having my gallbladder out, cannot eat too much cheese, butter, beef, pork, sugar, chocolate or alcohol. None of it agrees w/ me. I've just started taking bile salts based on a rec by @JeanLouiseFinch I'm on day 3 and today was not a good day, so I will need to adjust the # of pills I take.
I live over in Magnolia and one of my neighbors has a conservatory she lets a few of us use to grow veggies or to store cold sensitive plants. One day I was talking about how great the bibb lettuce is that comes in those clam shells and she asked why I didn't just grow my own. Cuz, duh, didn't think of it? Anyway ... started growing my own and for the most part have my system down pretty good. Any extra, I give to my neighbors or my two sons.
