While you're there, get the refill roll.  Sometimes they change brands and new rolls won't fit your handle.

For those who have dogs, cats ChomChom roller works well. I got mine from Amazon.

@CherryHugs ...........Bounce has dryer sheets that help remove dog/cat hair but any dryer sheet will work.  Put your hairy clothes in the dryer before you wash them (dry)  run it though the air cycle and that will get rid of most or all of the hair.  Then launder as usual.

@Imaoldhippie.  These sheets are not made to remove hair but, with regular use, to repel hair.  Washing should get rid of some of the hair but a lint brush does the best job.

In a pinch, wind some type of tape abound your hand with sticky side out and "blot" your clothing to remove hair, then launder.

I would never put worn/unclean clothes in the dryer---no matter what.  I would feel like my dryer was dirty and in this case hairy.  Yuck.

@geezerette

Duck tape wrapped around the hand also works great to remove pet hair.

We had several dogs that used to shed a lot!  I purchased those disposable lint rollers that do a great job taking the hair off.

You can find them on Amazon and they have lint rollers for pet hair/extra sticky.

I would roll the hair off before putting the clothing in the washer.  If you don't have a lint roller packing tape if you have that works well too.

I have a flamepoint Maine Coon. I should buy stock in the maker of sticky rollers. 🤨🥸

@Kachina624 ..........I have done the tape method and while it works its time consuming.  I like the dryer method, its quick and easy.
