   Note to my dear forever friends

 

A quick update on Ed.  He was admitted to the hospital on Monday after a weekend of breathing difficulties (short of breath).  Constant testing is being done throughout the day and I receive portal reports as results come in.  We are hoping this will be a short stay and he can return to the rehabilitation center soon.  He was doing well in rehab overall and I'm sure this will be a setback for him.   

 

Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.  I am running on near empty.  But I press on for my "dear handsome blue eyed husband, the love of my life."

We are under a Winter Storm Warning predicting that our area will receive up to 8" of snow with winds gusting up to 40 mph -just in time for Thanksgiving travel.  UGH.  My Mom is already telling us not to come but on Thursday I am sure the roads will be cleared with the sun out.  She would rather eat alone and she says she has a cold and is not well.  I guess we just wait and see.
