I don't make a special New Year's resolution.  Although my "resolution"  every morning is to be a better person today than I was yesterday.  I can't recall ever making a specific New Year's resolution.  No particular reason.

Mine are very many.  ONE BIG ONE IS TO BUY LESS, THE EASY PAYS ARE KILLING ME...the other is yes, simple kindnesses each day and another is to get rid of my back fat.  Now that is the truth...this apple shape needs some help. LOL

One way or another, expressed or unexpressed, I believe most consider how we can make the new year an improvement over the previous year. Makes the world a better place.

Yes, no shopping that is not absolutely necessary, especially from any of the shopping channels. If I do have to buy something I will get it locally.

I've been trying to do this and I want to try harder in 2018

I want to live in the moment.   So often I find myself either rehashing the past or worrying about what I have to do later or tomorrow.   I want to try to enjoy the PRESENT.
