Today orders arrived. Size 14 every single item to big!! You can imagine my surprise. For sure wasn't expecting that. Not about size but it does feel wonderful. So reordered everything in size 12. Really appreciate everyone feedback. Lifestyle changes, I used to live. Lost myself to mindlessly using food stuff my feelings. Feels incredible! From the bottom of my heart, sincerely thankful for the friends I've made here. Though we live all over the country there is very special connection between us. May each of you enjoy good health and happiness. Thanks again !!💓

Lived in California lifestyle healthy. Returning home let slide, Relationship ending five years ago, broke my heart. Realize lost my way. Gave up my power. Happiness is not dependent on someone else. Know what works for me, No longer have cravings for sugar or hunger. Never hungry. Understand? Not deprived.

Never forget the moment hit bottom. Each person has epiphany. Felt uncomfortable. Hadn't looked at myself in the mirror. Told myself you don't have to continue on this path. Life is about choices I never want to think I've stopped learning or growing. Its ok to say, made mistakes. Never to late. I'm worth it! So are you.💁
