The Q could learn a few lessons. I ordered on Monday, and everything is out for delivery today.

QVC is pretty good sometimes also.....I ordered 2 pair of the KimG TSV jeans on Monday and they're in this area and due for delivery tomorrow.

It really depends on what you're ordering. I've had the same good luck with QVC whereas, I have had items at HSN in the Processing phase for 2 weeks. The waitlist time is the same for both sites.

There have been many threads here about shipping times. I place, on average, about 15 orders a month with QVC (20-30 during the holidays) and have never experienced the problems others state. I receive the items in a timely manner, I don't expect to receive them within days. I know better and plan accordignly. And, I never order something I must have by a specific date.

I haven't had any problems with QVC shipping. If I'm ordering for Christmas I make sure I buy in plenty of time to get it. I could be one of the lucky ones.

HSN can be pretty quick though. I ordered a duster that was on clearance last Friday and I got an email later that day it already shipped!

QVC could take a few lessons from HSN in MANY areas.

Last week Marla Wynne had a TSV, and they did a runway set. It was well done. I have never seen anything like that on the Q.

@MG Chris    While HSN's shipping may be faster than QVC's, I haven't wanted a single item from them for over 15 years.

Fast shipping is meaningless unless I want to own what's arriving!  HSN, too, has some learning to do if they ever expect my dollars.

Agree.  I have returned more junk to HSN that failed.

I am the opposite. I buy a lot at HSN. I have purchased several things that both QVC and HSN carry, and HSN has always been cheaper.

i dont purchase a lot anymore from HSN. there shipping is fine, but i will say i am getting my QVC items much faster. maybe it depends on what you are ordering AND where you live?

the best part about HSN?......the coupons......
