HSN Shipping question

 I haven't ordered from HSN in awhile so I am not sure if this is "normal" or not. 

 

I ordered quite a bit of Beekman (soaps & body cream) on Sunday & it still hasn't shipped. EDD is 8/26. When I check order status, it says "packaging" but it has said that for 4 days now. 

 

Does this sound "normal" to those of you who order frequently from HSN?

My pkgs usually arrive in about a week, so, yes normal, you will get email once it ships.

Shipping at QVC and HSN is very slow right now.

Got an email from HSN today saying shipping is delayed (no kidding!). Now the EDD is 9/2. 

I wish they wouldn't charge credit cards until the items are actually shipped.
