Experienced once again outstanding customer service tho I understand not everyone might I've always amazed with mine. I called for a price adjustments few items recently ordered, reminding you check your orders thirty days of purchasing additional savings always appreciated. While on the call asked her to check on a item returned still in transit she not from my asking for returned the money also shipping charges. Love! HSN 🥰

i LOVE their CS.  I never has issues with them.  QVC needs to have that level of CS.

I've never had any issues with QVC customer service. In fact, every issue I have had in the last several years was resolved immediately. They have been very friendly also. No complaints.

Strange how different each person's experience can be.

 

I've always had excellent customer service from QVC.

 

I've had such bad CS from HSN in the past, that it took a certified letter to the then CEO (useless Mindy Grossman) to resolve it and I didn't shop with them for years after and only occasionally now.

 

(And, BTW, Grossman didn't even acknowledge receipt of the letter that cost me nearly $5 back then.  I only got the issue resolved after about SEVEN extremely irritating phone calls.  Talk about unimpressive and how to lose a customer.  They sent me the wrong color boots and the idiots in the warehouse kept sending them back to me!  How many trips did I make to the post office to keep returning them???)

I have never had a bad CS rep in over 30 years of dealing with HSN.

i recently returned a big item and the Rep for HSN could not have been nicer or more efficent        our refund was back in our account 2 days after shipping return was verified

Was Mindy Grossman the one that cleared out the Hosts of any one deemed as "too heavy?"

Or was it another? I thought it was her.

 

Thru the years, Ive had UPs & DOWNs with either HSN CS and/or QVC CS.  Nothing like some of the unfortunate horror stories here, thank goodness. But I certainly have sympathy!

@JoyFilled Warrior - I don't know about her other policies, but the whole situation was a nightmare and for her not to even acknowledge it, told me all I needed to know about her.

 

(What was baffling was I ordered Sporto boots in chestnut and they sent me black.  I returned them the next day and they showed back up on my doorstep two days later - saying I was past the 30-day return period!  And back and forth they went, no matter how much I wrote on the return.  I just wanted the color I ordered.  Never got it!  So, no, I was not impressed with their customer service!  And I'm not exaggerating how many long, frustrating phone calls it took and finally the threat of legal action to get a refund.)

 

And LOL, the final female CS rep I spoke to said "We have the chestnut back in stock...do you still want them?"  NOOOOOO! 🤬

So true. I have had great CS from HSN. With QVC I can not say the same. Very poor service. and reading all the complaints about QVC CS, I see it has not changed. Still poor.
