I found if a post of mine has been replied to I can't edit or delete it. Also, after a certain amount of time ( don't know what it is ) I can't delete or edit.

For some reason, the 'edit' and 'delete' options don't work for some people.  And on some posts, those options aren't even available for me.

When you hit the three dots and tap 'edit', it should take you back to your original post in rich text.  Then you make your edits, then tap 'post' (or whatever it says) like making a first time post.  

Deleting is the same.  Tap the three dots.  If the option for deleting is available, you will see it.  Tap that, then you should get a confirmation page asking you if you want to delete.  Tap that and the post should be gone.

If you're on a phone, all bets are off now.  You don't have many of the options that those using tablets or computers do.🤷‍♀️

I use a Mac Book Air. When using Safari the edit delete wouldn't work. I switched to Chrome and now I can edit and delete.

@Bella8888.  You can't delete your post if it has any response on it.  Only the mods can delete it if and when they get a round to it.

There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to edit.  What you do is make the changes desired in the existing post, then click "post".  You must be doing something wrong.

@Bella8888 I'm on a MacAir too.  Sometimes I have to restart the computer if it's giving me weird problems then they go away.  Give that a try.

I’m on my phone reading and I can still edit if needed. What has changed for me is I’m no longer able to reply to someone and have their response in my reply, which is frustrating because I’ve always liked that so we can see what someone is referring to. This started when we couldn’t get into Community Chat easily. I wonder why that changed.
