Hello everyone,
I'm far from retirement but I work Sundays. Friday and Saturday is My time.
On Saturday I get my clothes ready for work and clean up everything. I usually spend the rest of the day reading or on my tablet.
Enjoy your Sundays!

Ever since I started working from home 3 years ago, Mondays have been easier.  I do enjoy my job so it's not anything I dread come Sunday.

Another Sunday has rolled around so it's time to start thinking about another work week.Thats how my mind works.I usually lay out work clothes ,gather all library books that needs to be turned in  and make a quick sammie.I look forward to the day when this will all be behind me!

HAVE A GREAT DAY Q FRIENDS

Sounds pretty typical for those still in the work force. When I worked Graveyard shift, I had to rework my system a bit. Sunday for me was basically my Monday, since I started work on Midnight Sunday.

Never laid out clothes, just wore the same type that I always wore. One of my jobs at the plant, required us to wear the clothes they supplied us, because we worked around acid.

Everything I did on a fairly regular basis, I planned out, even made lists to check off things that were needed for those events. Use to hear my married friends and co-workers blame their wives! "She forgot my d***m whichamadig again. Me! "Maybe you ought to do it yourself"! Them!   Silence!

Always working blue color jobs made it easy to just grab clothes and go. I always made my own lunches to take to work, some I made the night( or day) before that work shift. Living my way of life allowed me to retire at a young 52.

Enjoy your day, and hope your Birthday was enjoyable for you.

I'm on my 3rd year of WFH, too. While Mondays are easier to log in rather than commute, I still dread the alarm clock. 😪

That's how I thought when I was working even when I was remote.  On the weekend I would put together my outfits for the week, including my jewelry.  I'm always a little amused when people talk about library books.  I haven't borrowed library books since Amazon came into my life.  Now that I'm retired, I still put outfits together.  It's just easier now and I can change my mind if I want.
