i am getting all of my purchases within 3-7 days from qvc.
they have really been stepping it up.

The guarantee means little or nothing to me. The guarantee is stated to make a sale to people who wait last minute. They offer no compensation to back it up so they really have nothing to lose. Maybe they will overnight everything last minute.

Yes, that is the question, but last year there were 3 packages I was sure wouldn't arrive by the 25th, but that was OK because they weren't gifts.
QVC and the shippers got them to me by the 25th.

I really don't understand how qvc can guarantee xmas delivery, when packages are not delivered that have been in limbo since 12/9 (mine) .
All I know is future behavior is predicted by past behavior. And we all know their shipping history isn't very good.

I don't either @willomenia.

I've not had shipping delays that others mention. Not now or in Christmas past.
With the guarantee delivery the devil is in the details. Restrictions Apply.
If you click on the detail link you can see that it applies to 1000's of gifts from that specific section. It also applies to those using Pay Pal, Q Cards, or major credit cards. And list more details if anyone cares to look.

They can't...they just say they can.

.To me, a guarantee means that ''this is what you get if something doesn't happen''....and in essence, QVC is saying '' IF YOU DON'T GET YOUR PURCHASE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS, WE WILL REFUND TO YOU THE PURCHASE PRICE''....so you'll still be a gift/purchase short. Very deceptive !!

@willomenia I've been receiving all my orders by their EDD, but my the most recent item already delivered took less than a week to get here. The order I made this week processed and shipped the same day I made the order. Tracking shows it's now somewhere with UPS. I don't need the contents for the holidays but I expect I will have them.
Could that change? Of course it could. Mother Nature is more in charge than QVC or UPS.
BTW, I refuse to add to Amazon's billion dollars plus in fee profits to get fast delivery I haven't needed once since I quit Prime after one year experiment with it. I pay less in shipping fees to QVC than my fee would be!
