Haven't a clue, maybe they're due for an update.  I can't remember anyone even cleaning the lens in the banks I have worked in.

Even the secuirty guards patrolling the outside perimeter of the bank don't even carry guns if a robbery is in persuit, they have to call for law enforcement to take control.

Here in Italy we had tons of atm machines ripped from the banks. My girlfriend saw one robbery happen next to her house. Problem is , the robbers are mostly most Eastern countries. So a video wouldn't help much.
