Everyone: Today my granddaughter could walk Tony after opening and cleaning the snow cone shop. She manages it this year. She's excited about packing for their Spring break trip Monday to St Lucia.
I signed the contract for the new heating/Ac system and have been calling the duct cleaning services and comparing them. A friend just switched her system and they've never had ducts cleaned either. I'm afraid they will damage the ducts and make them leak. The man who measured for the products said he wasn't a fan of air duct cleaning.I'm deciding and they can't do it until May anyhow. One wanted $250 just to come out.
I've always used a whole house air cleaner and ordered a new one.
I also did laundry. And three dog walks.
It's beautiful cooler weather after rain 58 but feels like 53 due to wind.

Hey there @1Snickers, I've been wanting and needing to get my air ducts cleaned for years. I think that by now someone would have invented one for do it yourselfers. A good one for Joy Mongano or the people on Sharks. I'm following your lead.

I received a phone call this morning from Remmy's vet office threatening not to renew Remmy's prescription for Revolution until he comes in for a check-up. I guess they didn't receive enough money from the thousands and thousands of dollars spent there from 2023 to January of 2024. I did not feel he needed another check since he was healed and doing fine, had intended to bring him in this year once I have dealt with my medical appointments and eye surgery, so I told the girl what for.

It is all about the money both for people and animals, just outrageous, Fortunately, I have two Revolution treatments left.

I still have not received a call from the eye clinic, what a debacle that place is. I called Monday and was transferred to the surgery scheduler so I could leave a message. I was unable to as it was full, so had to call back and this guy said she is not in on Mondays, no one knows what is going on, so he said he would leave the message. I don't trust anyone, so I messaged the clinic asking that the girl receive my message. My previous eye doctor, who retired in December, told me it would take a long time to get the surgery.

Hope all are doing well.

Hey @mousiegirl, Finally, Someone besides me is fussing about nare do well doctors and business people. Let um have it girl!!! I hope that you can get everything straightened out. I'm sending you one of my Warrior Woman kits and some Power Hugs! Love!

@Sweet Caroline 1 I have been a warrior woman for many years, reached the age that I wasn't willing to sit back and stew, always challenging doctors, which they do not like, lol.

Good evening friends! Wildflowers are my bag! Right now I'm drinking a ice cold Diet A&W Rootbeer and it's extra tasty! I hadn't bought any in quite a while and had a taste for it. My WM only carries it in cans. The next time that I'm out and about, I'll search for it in the 2 liter bottles. Good stuff!

The therapy place received the go ahead from my doctor and called me to get set up. They sent me an on line enrollment to fill out and I got that done. I gave myself a few days to unwind from a long line of appointments. My first therapy appointment is wednesday of next week. I stated in my on line enrollment everything that I would like to be addressed. I have a lot of hope.

There's always stuff that I want to do outside. We're getting storms this friday, saturday and sunday. So I have tomorrow (thursday) and maybe friday morning to do some outdoor things. Blow off driveway, gather limbs, blow out back of truck and windex the inside glass of my truck. And I need to trim back the Camelia shrubs by the stairs. The hydrangeas need to be trimmed back but I'll wait until after they bloom.

@1Snickers I know this house never had a duct cleaning! When I first bought the house I had a gutter cleaning. No kidding, there were here under 15 minutes. $281. What? When I had the roof done, the guy suggested that I buy some gutter guards and they put them on. The gutter cleaning company followed up last week on a new spring cleaning. No thank you. 🤨. Not sure what they could have even done is less than 15. Live and learn.
