I thought we were done with all this humidity. Yesterday and today, it's back! Ugh! I was feeling so good but now my knees are aching again! It's not the heat but the humidity that gets ya!

It's all the storms that are around us.   I agree, I don't like it either but I'm not complaining as it's been beautfiul in the northeast for quite sometime.  It will be chilly soon enough.  It's the cold and dampness that mostly bothers my joints.   Hang in there!

Yes, the last one-two months here in the Northeast have been so dry - as in dry air - that I can't complain about the humidity yesterday and today.

No matter the humidity or not outside, I have extra standing humidifiers in my bedroom and sunroom. I find even though my a/c/heat unit has a humditfier, my skin enjoys the extra cold air.

We are at the beach this weekend. Got down here last night for the festival. I'm on the porch having coffee. Humidity is 98% and yes, I'm in humidity heaven.  My hair blew up 3 times it's curl size and I love that too!

Come to Colorado.  It's still hot (record breaking) and 10 to 15% humidity.  After your visit, it will take forever to rehydrate.  HA!HA!

I've noticed here instead of being in the 100's it is in the high 80's, 90's. It makes a big difference.
