I used it a lot over the holidays because I needed to verify some addresses while I was addressing cards.  I got a notice that asked me if I was a business. I realized they were tracking my use, so I closed my browser, cleared my cookies and browsing history, and continued. 

Here is how I feel about them charging. They have collected and provided more information on me and my family than would ever appear in an old fashioned telephone book. They should be paying me!
