I watched a special about him a while ago. Gosh such good music!

It's hard to believe but George will be gone 9 years this Christmas day.

I can clearly remember when I was out shopping the day after Christmas in

2016 when they announced his death on the radio. I was shocked, such a

great voice, loved him since Wham!

Once or twice a month I drive past the small park across from the Beverly Hills hotel where he was arrested for a dumb incident.  

When that happens, all my favorite songs come rushing back to me. 

I still can't believe he died so young.

Wow.  So get it.  It's  amazing what music does to our soul, isn't it.  How it becomes part of the soundtrack of our lives.  And certain performers, their stories...both good and bad impact us.  Even when they are gone.  I always feel a sense of loss whenever I hear his music, seeing even a portion of a video.  The way too soon loss, the tragedy.  The impact he had on millions of people🙏
