@Tissyanne I cannot rest until the kitchen is cleaned up. I hate finding a dish in the sink in the morning or anything left out of its place.
@Sassy7356 , I feel the same way. My mom always put the kitchen to bed at night, and I check the kitchen before turning in for the night.

I am the same. I hate to have dirty dishes in the sink in the morning so I often start the dish washer right before I go to bed. No problems so far and they are clean when I get up. If/when I get up during the night I check them and open the door so they can air dry.
Yesterday it was raining afternoon and most of evening; thus it was cloudy all night. I did not see the full moon. I did see it Thursday night and it was beautiful. It was partly sunny this morning but is now cloudy and chilly so I doubt I'll see it tonight but will check.
I was thinking of going for some annual flowers today. Guess what, we have a severe frost warning for Sunday and Monday so I tabled plans. I am planning to get pansies, petunias and coleus for now. I'll probably look for another house plant too.

I like these coleus for the back yard to be planted along the sunroom..

@Sweet Caroline 1 I saw the moon the past two nights, it's been beautiful. I take Snickers out at 10:30-11 and always look for the moon. When it's full it's so much brighter on the street because there aren't street lights. I take a flashlight. It's still very dark.
A coyote was spotted and posed for a photo at the park several miles away. We will be more careful especially at night.
Critters are out and about after dark. I think a rabbit ate my sunflowers. I only paid $1.39 for three assorted packs of seeds and have watered and they were coming up by the dog fence. Lunch for bunnies.

@AnikaBrodie I love coleus and always opt for some and they are so pretty in the fall, too.

Hey there @1Snickers and Everyone! I'm very behind on my flower doins. One thing after another but I got started but not finished by a long shot. I told myself, this is a completely new thing for me and the areas around the stairs and in front of the house need preparation. I just keep thinking about how it's going to look when I'm finished and it makes me happy.
I'm sorry the rabbits got your sunflowers. If you have seeds left, try again. Calamity Jane got a fake owl and put it by her back yard seating area because she has a over the top fear of snakes. She got it at WM. It's about 15-17 inches tall and looks real. Be careful and watch for the coyoties. Big Hugs! ![]()
