My last house had 30+ years of magnets, kids' pictures, souvenirs, funnies, etc.

Been here 3 weeks, haven't found them yet, but got garage magnets with hummingbirds from CollectionsEtc that I love on the front. Will put selected old magnets on the side. My decorating style is Vintage Tacky.

I've tried to live without them all over the fridge, but find I cannot.

Besides, then how could I attach all the other interesting things I put on the fridge?

I used to have magnets on our frig, special sentiments or from travels, but I downsized to just one that is a clip I use for reminders, like an invite I might misplace.

After redoing the kitchen, I found it a pain to thoroughly clean the new stainless refrigerator by having to remove all the magnets.  Some of them marred the surface.

But all in all, I think they are a great idea for those who chose to use them.

The only magnets I have are advertisements for my vet office, GYN, insurance company, and the trucking company where my daughter works.  

When my girls were young, our refrigerator was covered with colorful magnets.

They are a must for me, I use them to hold recipes I frequently make and appointments I need to keep.I still have a Valentine my son made me in 2nd grade hanging on the fridge and he will be 34 next month.

I have magnets on my fridge, most of them hold pictures, but I also collect black & white cows things, so I bought black cow spots and put them on the refrigerator, I just had to!  And a couple of pictures my niece drew for me, my husband work schedules so I know where he is, he works between 2 different locations and for the life of me I can never remember which location he might be on which night, man it is hard getting old!

I have a few and I like them. I also keep one of those magnetic tablets on the fridge so I can write down something on my shopping list if I'm getting low.

None for me...  I don’t like clutter on my refrigerator.

Instead, I have things hanging on a bulletin board on the back ( inside) of the pantry door.
